Intial registration fee of £700 for the gold package or £1200 for the platinum package. This secures your own PA to search extensively for both the property and services you require in your chosen locality.

Finders fee of 1% of the value of the property bought, or 15% of the difference between the asking price and the eventual price paid, which ever is the greater.
This fee is payable on the date of completion.
